Shipping & Returns


It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn't already been sent. Contact us with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you wish to change your order then contact us immediately and we will finalise the order with you.
All packages are sent via AUS Post from our warehouse in Melbourne.
All orders are shipped within 2 working days.
Standard shipping times to all major cities is approximately 2-5 business days. 
For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 7 business days.

Please note: De Guise is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. De Guise is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of the shipping company.


De Guise does not do monetary refunds so PLEASE be very careful when purchasing a product.
You can either exchange the product OR ask for store credit.
All products that are to be returned for an exchange must be:
  • Unworn and returned in the original condition.
  • Have all the plastic stickers attached and clip.
  • The box must be in its original condition.
    Please note, this is only applicable for items still within 14 days of purchase.
      We want all our customers to receive high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product/s in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
      Items must be unworn. (including stickers still in place with clip). Please note that If the item has been worn then an exchange or refund is not available.
      All specifications of our products are listed on the product pages. As we are an online retailer, it is the consumer's responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications.
      Please note If an exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically refunded for the item unless you prefer another colour of the same range. 
      You must pay for the freight to return the goods. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the product/s safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
      Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details, we will not be able to process your refund. A detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim.

      It can take up to 14 days for us to receive the returned product due to the shipping company. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.

      You have a 12-month warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible. If your claim is justified we will refund your reasonable freight expenses.
